1. the booking is made in writing. The Contractor shall confirm the booking in writing by e-mail within 7 days.
2. the customer expressly acknowledges the content and the general terms and conditions with written confirmation by e-mail.
3. if the customer does not object to the booking confirmation in writing within 14 days, the contract is concluded even without the return of the confirmation. This means that failure to return the order confirmation within the deadline does not constitute withdrawal from the contract.
Cancellation
1. Should the Hair & Make-Up Stylist be unable to fulfill the contract due to force majeure or sudden illness, she will endeavor - but without acknowledging any legal obligation - to find a suitable replacement, whereby the price may change by 10% - 20%. The client shall not be entitled to any claims for compensation. If the Contractor is unable to perform, it shall notify the Client immediately by telephone or e-mail.
2. if the booking is not made due to the client (with the exception of a breach of contract for reasons of force majeure within the meaning of § 275 BGB), the compensation shall be 30% of the total fee from 180 days before the date, 50% from 90 days and 75% from 7 days. From the 6th day the total fee. Any deposit paid will be offset against this. Any deposit already paid will not be refunded.
Liability
Liability for personal injury or property damage caused by the Hair & Make-up Stylist during the performance of her work is limited to the scope of her professional liability insurance. Further claims are excluded.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Should individual provisions of the contract, including these provisions, be invalid in whole or in part, or should the contract contain a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected.
2. all amendments or extensions to this contract must be made in writing.
Terms of payment & conditions
The total amount stated in the agreement must be paid in cash or by bank transfer on the day of the service at the latest, including travel costs. Please state the invoice number when making a bank transfer. The Make-Up Stylist reserves the right to adjust prices during the year if this is necessary for a valid reason.
